CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
I do not accept any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, including refunds on deposit payments for commissioned work. All sales are final. Damages to the artwork and prints or misuse or lack of following care instructions will not be covered. Please make sure you carefully check all details, product descriptions, and photos, and read shop policies before payment.
If an item is received damaged due to transit, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after payment has been made. A notification will be shared with you once the order has been dispatched, along with tracking information. Delivery dates will vary depending on location.
PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. I aim to ship within 5-7 working days. I will contact you with the update in case of a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.
international orders
For all international orders, the buyer is responsible to be aware of their country’s importing laws. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and duties. Please research and be aware of your local government’s taxing laws and importing duties.
MATERIALS & CARE
All art prints are made and shipped from my home studio located in Long Island, New York. Prints are all made using a high quality fine art printer, with pigment ink plus chroma optimizer to enable a broader color gamut and greater shadow detail reproduction in dark areas. They are printed on 100% cotton fiber Moab Entrada Rag 300GSM archival acid- and lignin-free paper. Prints are packaged in protective acid-free cellophane bags.
